Death come out of no where and suddenly...my friend lost his brother and father in one week time...I don't know how to console my friend....what I can do it pray that the deceased will reborn in a happy realm...free from suffering....and also wish that my friend will step out of sadness and move on...because the deceased will always want you to be happy and free of suffering....so let us transfer our merits to the deceased to help them free from suffering in the future...sadhu sadhu sadhu!!

Your habit shaped your destiny!!

Most people know this but they refuse and scare of change...they forget what we do today shape our future...want good future...change what is not good just like cleaning your room....clean your mind...just like the Buddha say "purify your mind"
